It's a long process - applied in september, I heard back almost 2 months later in november for the HR screening - pretty straighforward role fit questions. Then there's a technical round, a behvioral round, and one more to understand previous experience - all back to back 1-1.5 hrs long. The interviews revolved around a personal fit test, past experience to understand my design thinking process and technical leadership alongside behavioral scenario based questions. It wasn't very hard but needs a thorough preparation to undergo multiple rounds with multiple people on various scenarios. I did a couple mocks on Prepfully with ex Google TPM and that helped me a lot. They had a discount running so I could do 5-6 at a 50% discount. Overall a good investment. Apart from this I'd also recommend bracing for the technical discussion. Mine got super super deep at different points, I am glad i had an engineering background otherwise these would have been hard to field

Good interviewers that ask a lot of questions to gauge your domain knowledge. Do not feel daunted because they just need to know your thought process. Speak more and out loud. Think out loud.
