I had an HR manager who helped me prepare and was outstanding in supporting me with understanding the whole process. There were 4 rounds, including the call screening and she additionally did calls with me in between to help prepare. I went through all the rounds and between me an another final candidate, the company went with the other candidate based on experience. I still got a super friendly call were the HR manager told me my final score, told me where I excelled and where I could improve as well as salary levels.

They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
