Over 3 months I took 2 personality tests and a Wonderlik IQ test. 6 interviews, HR, Marketing 2X, IT, and twice with the CEO. They sat me in front of a laptop opened to their analytics, no context, and an hour to present a Web Strategy to a CEO who despises spending money on digital. Believe the Glassdoor reviews regarding micromanagement. I could tell this leadership was going to be arrogantly naïve, would demand huge results with little spending, and would challenge everything. GS is in elementary when it comes to digital, but that CEO really thinks he knows it all.
