Step 1: Speak with the recruiter, they are looking for people that have leadership experience, so a lot of questions are centered around that. Other typical questions like Why GoPuff, location, salary. She mentioned that the next step would be speaking to the Regional Manager. Step 2: Spoke with the Regional Manager, a lot of questions around leadership and process improvement. He was very upfront on what was required from this role, like working 50 hrs a week, at least one weekend per month and one evening a week. We spoke for about an hour and overall it went great. Couple of days after, the recruiter sent me an offer! Overall, pretty easy process. It seems like they are looking for a specific type of candidates so if you fit their profile, the interviews are very easy going.
