Entrevista
First there is a 15 min phone screening followed by an hours worth of assessments to complete on your own time unpaid. The questions are extremely repetitive and are more of a personality quiz rather than something related to performing the role you’re applying for. The in person interview was with two supervisors who asked the standard interview questions you’d expect to hear. I was called back the next day only to be offered something else for an insultingly lower wage than the role I applied for. They’re not looking to train someone capable of learning the role, they want someone who’s performing the same job currently. If someone’s resume doesn’t match what you’re looking for you shouldn’t be wasting their time.

Third Round: On-Site - Interviewed with Hiring Manager + a couple members from the team (Light hearted conversation + Coding Question + Controls Question)

Controller Design - How does force based control work?
Two interviews. Quick 30 minute phone call with HR. Then two interviews with the IT Director and the Manager. One behavioral and expectations. The other one was technical. Pretty easy, heard back in a week.
