I interviewed with 3 different managers, and had to talk about my strengths and weaknesses as a bartender. Each manager had different questions they wanted to ask, and they also inquired about my previous jobs.

During the interview process I was asked to fill out a job application form. After I finished the form with four different jobs and university education, I was interviewed by a company representative. The tone of the question asked made me feel that nothing on my application was worth anything for employment in the position I was applying for.
