I had an on the phone interview and then one in person interview. I received a call back for a second in person interview and will be attending that. They are very kind and welcoming and try to make you feel comfortable.

The overall interview process was lengthy, there were three interviews total and those were average- what took the longest was hearing from HR itself after the interviews. IT took weeks to ever hear back. Their lack of communication after my interviews is what ultimately turned me away from the opportunity.

The interview process was long consisting of two separate interviews. I interviewed with the inside sales manager and the director of sales separately. Overall, I appreciated that they were thorough to get the right fit. They asked great situational questions. You then have to wait on the background check and drug test to come back before you can start.
