3 step process. Phone interview consisted of questions. Face to face interview with the stand manager consisted of a stand tour, pros & cons of the work place and more interview questions. Finally a few days later there was a 1 hour long interactive interview that consisted of awkwardly taking orders, talking to customers and ringing in customers. During the hour long interview the general manager stopped by for a quick introduction.
