The process was efficient but not too long, a standard start-up hiring process. Throughout the process, the team was reactive and reassuring, and during the interviews, the different team members I got to meet were friendly and nice, but they managed to keep the interviews positively challenging. The thing I appreciated the most, was the opportunity to have the final interview with the CEO onsite, and they showed me around the office and the labs. This helped me see the company spirit and get a feel of what to expect.

Screening with a very enthusiastic TAM which truly wanted to get to know me. Direct interview with the Hiring Manager - someone who I have got a strong connection, had a clear vision for Talent Acquisition and a lot of experience within the food technology environment.
