1. HR will have a phone interview first asking availability and expected range.
2. Panel of possible Reporting Officer, Next Level Supervisor and HR Staff. They ask simple questions on:
- Experience
- What would you like to achieve in 5 years?
- Why do you want to join the company?
3. HR calls back with offer and typically little room for negotiation.
