Was given a technical assignment to do and completed within 3 days. Interview people were ok asking you general questions. Everything seemed went well but then still kena rejected email. I got ample work experiences and can complete the assignment perfectly yet still can get rejected whilst a young freshie who just step out of the working world knowing nothing can easily get in this company.. I mean huh!?!?

1. A Phone Screen with a Recruiter. 2. A Take-home assessment to build a fairly simple project. The project requirements had enough clarity and was well put-together. I got a rejection after I submitted my assessment. I took the effort to point out the shortcomings of the take home project, and potentially how to improve them in production scenarios with enough documentation. I did not get any response after requesting a feedback on my project. I wish the recruiter / reviewers would consider giving feedbacks.
