at one moment they said we are extending the offer, next week they said we are still thinking, and the next week they said we are in confusion and next week they are going ahead with other candidates! The whole experience of interviewing with Grab to my dismay was frustratingly disappointing, and finally, all their confusion costed me a few other offers! After a 3 hours of written test and an hour of interview with hiring manager, HR called me to discuss the numbers, and announced he will be sending an official offer before end of the week, instead he called me back toward end of the week and scheduled one more call with head of dept, which he mentions is a casual conversation but not an interview, but the invite comes as an interview and the call progresses in interview style, where the Head sits on the fense throughout the call but concludes saying they will progress further with my profile. But after a week still no response from HR, when I contact the HR back he says we are still doing due diligence, should have an update by end of the week. The week passes by and no response, when I contact him next week he says he should have an update by mid of the week, still to no avail. when I contact again towards end of the week he says we are not moving forward, but not ready to give the feedback. all my reverence for Grab gone astray after this experience. I definitely didnt experience such a non-transparent, mismanaged and confused interview process from any other multinational company!
