First, there was CV shortlisting. CV shortlisting was followed by aptitude round which was followed by technical rounds and HR round too. QUESTIONS were more or less straight forward. The interview was very friendly

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. First there was a phone interview where I was asked basic DS Algo questions along with basics of Ruby on Rails. In the second interview, I talked to one of the co founders of the company who asked me a design questions and some RoR related questions. Thirs round was with the HR who had really bad attitude and was asking irrelevant questions which I couldn't answer in order to negotiate on the salary.
After the interviews I was given the offer and I accepted it in 2-3 days. But after I resigned from my current company, they rescinded the offer after 1 week. Never believe in this company for your future. They gave me the reason that there is a change of management which was so unprofessional.

Entrevista
I had basically applied online.I was given an assignment that drilled me on a lot of challenging scenarios like email marketing, content marketing.Also,the telephonic interview was chill.Overall a positive ,nice experience.
