Three Interviews before Hiring. First approach from HR. They will explain you about the company and the hiring process. They will ask about your background and experience before going to the next interview. Second interview - Coding challenge. They will give you a small excercise that you will have to solve in 40 minutes. Feedback will be given and minor refactor will have to be done. Third interview - CTO Interview. At this challenge you will be asked on how to address a specific problem using your skills and knowledge of several technologies. The will want to know your way of thinking and mindset. This is the final process before receiving an offer or being rejected.
