Was contacted by HR Executive through email and was asked to fill up job application form and to submit a lesson plan for either English or Mathematics (the candidate had the option to choose one) over the next 2 days. Upon receipt of the job application form and lesson plan, I was asked to sign another form for the release of information to previous employers and relevant government bodies (Ministry of Education). The actual interview took place over an online ZOOM. The interview panel included the school principal, vice-principal , HR representative and a HOD. The panel appeared cold rude and hostile thoughout the interview session, and were also defensive at some point.

Very straight forward. You will be interviewed by 3 personnels (one being the HR officer). You will be asked primarily on issues dealing with special needs students and providing ways to add value to he school.

Process was smooth. There were five interviewers. Interviewers were understanding but were critical in questioning the responses provided. Hence, it is important to be genuine in your responses. The questions were pretty standard in general.
