Recruiter contacted me. Took weeks to get an interview and it seemed very unorganized. They ended up ghosting me even after I followed up. The whole process in very unprofessional. They seem like an exclusive clique and they aren't actively looking for new and diverse skill sets.
Non tech ancient hm asking questions that are random and ancient and not properly strcutured. Juts throwing in jargons and expecting an answer in her head. Saying its a informal interview and rejcting next day. Not cool. Waste of time. Bring logical technical real HM in the panel
Technical + behavioral questions, were not very hard, but need to be careful with corner cases and edge conditions. Equality and how to treat people is evaluated during behavioral round.
