They mostly used the star method they asked over a situational questions. Making you think that you got the job offer. Saying they look forward to seeing you up in the following couple weeks. You have to be thorough with your answers. When calling back the location to find out what was upcoming since they did not call me back their response was that the answers were planted generic when I was told by the recruiter that it was supposed to be straightforward and to the point.

Long. Had 4 rounds of interviews. Made it to the final interview and then was informed they went with another candidate. The first is with HR and is pretty easy. 2nd is with who would be your direct manager and that is tougher. 3rd is with other managers so that they can get multiple opinions on a candidate. 4th is with the VP of sales

Contacted by recruiter, then set up a video meeting with two managers. They asked very specific questions in regards to my resume and were looking for what I contributed as opposed to a "team" effort. Was then passed on to the regional who again wanted me to go in depth in explaining my experiences and what I have learned from them and how I utilize time management.
