I was advised during the interview process that this would take some time as different processes need to be done including a background check. So this interview process worked well for me as I have strong skills in many area's and felt comfortable to discuss my skills and experience. I was seeking to work within a organization that provides support/guidance, training, values, policies and integrity. As I contribute my skills throughout my journey, I can grow within this organization to be rewarded and successful gaining new skills along the way.
