I was invited to come to the office and meet with one of the partners at Graj + Gustavsen after sending an application through a listing on my college's career board. After 5 minutes, it was clear that I wasn't going to be considered for the internship at all. As a college sophomore, I was told they were almost exclusively after college graduates, most often those already pursuing MFAs. It was still exciting to see the studio and to be meeting with someone with such a central role at the company, but wish it had been handled as more of an informational interview, rather than as something I could get my hopes up about.
