Fair, friendly, insightful. The design team is great and assessed my abilities fairly and cohesively. They were kind and looked for a connection beyond just work ethic. They saw my past work, checked my interests and we even discussed potential plans for digital marketing I had come up with. However after I accepted the offer and asked them to sign my OPT form (which is 5 min job done for free) they terminated my contract with zero reasoning. I would not recommend anyone talented to waste their time with a place that could care less about you.

Overall process lasted just under 4 weeks. First interview was a phone interview going over high level experience and capacity, essentially just vetting if I had the experience and could elaborate on my Resume. About a week later I was contacted about a second interview, this time a technical with the engineering team. This interview was with two people, a front-end lead and a back-end lead. This was a deeper dive into my experience requiring some more details and elaboration on specific solutions to problems encountered in prior projects, as well as asking some extra experiences such as if I had experience as an email dev or game dev. This interview ended with receiving a take-home, which was a fairly simple dom manipulation test built with vue. I received the final verdict exactly two weeks from the last interview.
