I had two interviews. The first one was with the direct supervisor. This one was fairly informal, but probably the most informative for both parties. My next interview was with the executive director. I received a phone call from the director several days later with a job offer. There are a lot of onboarding documents and some further training that needs to be completed after being hired. This is due to the nature of the business.
