Myself and 2 others showed up a little early and met with the Director of Training. Everyone was extremely friendly and straight forward. Started with the group session and talked about the company and then went to the simulator room where one person takes a 40 question ATP written test...no calculations..pretty straight forward. Then the other two split between the Sim ride and board interview with another Captain. The Sim is like a fresca...no visual anything..purely instrument flying. And the Board Interview discussed weather, describe how you would shoot an approach for a plate that they give you. Know Jepp Plates, it will help! Afterwards they came out and offered us all the job.
