The interview process was mostly an emphasis on situational questions. I get that situational inquiries are supposed to provide insights into candidates' problem-solving abilities and real-world application of skills. However, I felt that I wasn't able to fully express my experiences effectively from these types of questions. They mentioned at the beginning I wouldn't be talking to students/customers really so I didn't understand why I was being asked these types of questions.
