Honestly, so sad and frustrating. I had a phone interview with the manager, and he pretty much offered me the job but just wanted me to meet his boss. He scheduled a virtual interview the next morning. As I was done getting ready, he gives me a call that the position was filled. Who even does that? Don't promise someone a job if that's not what's going to happen.

Easy, a HR interview, then a zoom interview with the person who would be my manager. Had the call to schedule zoom interview Monday, had the interview Tuesday, and was hired via email 10 min after it was finished.

3 interviews total first was a pre screener and then 2 interviews with your potential manager. Then the recruiter called with offer and offer letter. If you accept you move on to background check and reference checks. Took about a week and then you are given a training date. Training in 4 weeks long once you graduate you join you team and get to work
