I walked in the building for my interview and immediately wanted to walk out! It is a huge open building with about 1000 cubicles and people with head phones. I went for it anyway because the salary was promising but after working for a few days I felt mislead about the description of the job. The interviewers were "managers" but they are really just glorified academic counselors who do not know much more than a counselor. They were pretty nice and really hyped the job but I think they knew how truly depressing the job really was. My advice for the interview: don't even bother going unless you have an extremely high tolerance for people yelling at you all day for giving them "incorrect" information... but that information came from managers, directors and CEO's. Also, if you are OK with policies and procedures changing every few days.
