They held an onsite Open House for Jobs. Signed up in advance but you could also just show up. One interview with two managers of guest services. Probably lasted 15 minutes. Hired on the spot.

Interview was short and to the point. They asked a few basic questions about you and what you like. Also if you like country music. Also asked if you are good talking to people and working around older people.
