Entrevista
I was referred to Granicus by a mutual contact who accepted an offer elsewhere. Initial communication was conducted over email, then phone, then in-person (two visits). I estimate the process took about six hours total, not counting prep work (firm research, stack review, etc). I spoke with the team lead I was to work with first, then the team as a whole, then department leadership. We discussed my background, my skill set, and how I might best be able to contribute to Granicus products. I asked about their product history, office culture, and where they saw the company expanding in the coming years. I am pleased to report that the satisfactory answers I received proved accurate.

Interview was overall above average difficulty, with assessment based on logical , reasoning and coding questions. There were around 5-6 rounds in total including in-person and online coding rounds.
They mainly look for problem-solving skills, Logical reasoning and Behavioural level questions,

First and second round was Logic-based Online assessment along with Behavioural questions, and Coding round with 3 questions on Problem solving DSA.
The next 3 rounds were Panel interview where they assessed previous experience, technical questions based on skills on resume as well as behavioural questions.

Entrevista
Initial phone screen and interview with the recruiter was positive. The sent me a multi-hour "technical assessment" I gave up an entire evening for. It required an online IDE. It had no linting, color coding, code completion, anything. It was basically a generic text box, and you got a pass or fail when you submit it. It was literally digital whiteboarding for several hours. It was not a good experience. I tried talking to the recruiter the next morning to see how I did (and if I would be rejected or moved to next steps) and was ghosted.
Two weeks later the recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn in (not realizing who I was). I asked if I would be moved on to next steps, or if I was rejected. I got ghosted a second time.
Whoever is in charge of recruiting is unprofessional and very immature, and the multi-hour whiteboarding was one of many red flags. Don't waste your time here, they've made it clear they won't respect you.

Entrevista
The interview process involved a test, personality assessment and a virtual interview. Similar to other interview processes that other companies had. The overall process was good and very quick with the recruiting staff being helpful.
