I usually don’t write reviews on companies but for this process I will because I don’t want anyone to even waste their time going through the interview process with this company. After completing my first interview I was sent a test that was not even relevant to my role to take to move to the next step in the interview process. After I took the test I was told that The HR director would like to interview with me. After waiting a week I was told to select the time and day that would work best for me. After waiting another week I was told the day before my interview that it has to be rescheduled to the end of next week just to be told the day before my second interview as well that it was canceled because another candidate was selected. I feel like I was being lead on and feel that there is a very unfair approach when it comes to the recruitment process on how things is handled with this company.

Entrevista
They had a traditional phone interview as a start to the process. I was then told I would have to take a 50 question, timed test (15 mins) and personality assessment that is video recorded.
That is the strangest interview process I've ever been a part of (and I am a recruiter!). I was turned down from continuing on in the interview process and wasted and hour and half of my day. Apparently, I wasn't smart enough to continue on because I couldn't answer questions about how much eggs are worth if they raised the price (yadda, yadda, yadda). You know, questions that are incredibly important to recruitment.
If you can, I would avoid this company. Unless you want to challenge your academic ability.
