The interview process included an HR screening, personality test, discussion with direct manager, and a panel interview. Personality tests are becoming a bit outdated, but not an uncommon practice. Overall it was a fair process and the time commitment was average. Application to offer timeline was about a month.

I Applied online and spoke with a recruiter soon after. The recruiter was unenthusiastic and not overly personable. Took a silly online personality test. Had a follow up interview with a department leader which I thought went really well. The interview did make it seem as if they were being extremely picky with who they hired, almost as if no one would perfectly fit for the role. At the end of this interview, I was asked to send in some work examples. Not even 24 hours after the interview, before I had a chance to send in any examples, I received a canned let down email saying they would not bring moving forward. No personal reasoning or examples included. I felt very led-on and was really disappointed by the whole experience.
