Easy, phone screening followed up by a couple in person interviews. Nothing too difficult. Declined offer because it's an underdeveloped/under trained sales department. I shadowed three reps at the time who had working there over a year - NONE of which had closed a single deal. I felt like I needed to pick up the phone for them since they were just sitting there riding the base salary.
In a real sales job, if you don't hit your quotas, you're out. I took this experience as a reflection of their company and decided not to proceed. They also have very strict hours apparently - "Don't EVER be late" "You must take lunch within the confines of 12-1pm" - I'm sorry but I am an adult and do not necessarily agree with this either.
