Basic campus hiring process. 1st round on campus with two managers, both alums. 2nd round at office included pre-interview dinner night and hotel accommodation. Why audit? Asked for examples of making impact, taking initiative, etc....
The first round of interviews was a group interview with four people, followed by an English essay. Neither the interview questions nor the essay topic had anything to do with auditing, and the interview questions seemed to be fixed; some interviewees even knew the questions beforehand. If that's true, I think it's unfair.
