First round in person at my university, asked behavioral questions such as "What is an experience when you went against the norm", etc. Second round at the office, three 30 minute interviews back to back with similar questions but more of a conversation about yourself. From there, selected to the 3 day summer leadership program. No interviews at the leadership program, but were evaluating your experience and give the offer 2-3 weeks post the program.
