The recruiting process took over 1 month. I got the email for 2 virtual interviews, one with a partner, and one with a manger. These interviews were in the same day and each lasted 30 mins. The interviewers were nice and friendly. They asked about my working experiences in the past. One or two behavioral questions, not too difficult to answer. The interviews were overall great and not too difficult. They tried to get to know me more other than my resume.

Two 30 minute interviews with senior manager and partner. The interview was purely behavioral questions and a pleasant conversation. They communicated exactly what the role is and answered all the questions I had for them.

Very friendly recruiters. This was a first stage interview, so no technical questions were asked. Mostly asked behavioral questions about experiences on your resume. Pretty sure they use AI to generate questions based on your resume.

It was my first interview for an internship and I could have done better. I was interviewed by two senior managers who were great and made me feel comfortable during the process. They will go over your resume along with questions to why you want to work at Grant Thornton.
