I had a final stage interview at the office in London. The whole process was very good. I received several training calls and feedback post-interview. All of the questions are laid out before the interview and helpful resources are provided.

The first stage was to apply on the company website with your CV, cover letter and answering a few basic questions. After that I was invited to do an online assessment which involved some situational and numeracy questions. After that I was offered a digital interview where you asked 6 questions. All of them are pre-recorded and you have 30 seconds to think and then 2 and a half minutes to record your answer. A few days later, I received an email that I would not be progressing to the next stage. I found these questions very difficult as they were very specific and were mostly 'describe a time when ...' questions. I think that it's a very difficult interview process as after these 3 stages there is also a written case study, a group assessment, and then a final interview.
