Group interview with personnel from the Transportation Department. They all represented different areas of the Transportation Department, and asked questions that were specific to their particular area of responsibility. Because this position dealt with various special needs students, they wanted to know how I would handle various kinds of situations. They also advised as to the types and frequency of training the district conducted for employees.
