Agency got the date wrong, which was very frustrating and wasted my time. Eventual interview was ok, nice people and pleasant interview, lots of questions which is to be expected.

Entrevista
I got a call from HR who asked me about my details and stated that the next round will be with the hiring manager and said she will send a mail with the details. There were repeated calls from her to get my timings. After all was confirmed I got no email or information. I called the HR to just confirm the details. She said the hiring manager had stated a tentative on the call. During the end of day the HR called me and said that they had decided on another candidate. However, post this I got numerous calls from recruiters for the same position and was informed that the HR did not like me.
Suggestion to the company : Please do not waste candidates time.

Entrevista
Wow! The process took about three months total. Several face to face meetings, phone screenings, and video interviews. The HR department at this company moves very slow and saves face by saying they want to be sure the candidate is the "right fit". Horrible communication and strange political atmosphere, no thanks, I'll go work for Burger King.
