Entrevista
The process was a four-step process over ~3–4 weeks and was very smooth.
1. HR Round: Questions on my previous experience, projects, and client/stakeholder management.
2. Technical Assessment: GMAT style questions
3. Ghost Project (Case Study): Intensive week-long assignment simulating real-world challenges
4. Final Interviews: I had 2 round of interviews:
Account Manager: Discussed my background, motivation to join Gratia, and past projects.
COO: Asked some behavioural and situational questions.
The team was supportive and friendly throughout the process

Entrevista
The interview process started with a headhunter outreach and screening call, followed by a challenging case study, an interview with the Head of Account Management focusing on skills and experience, and a final interview with the COO discussing experience, character, and working style.
