Entrevista
Basically it was all aptitude and general knowledge. They didn't ask anything that was related to human resources or talent management as such. They ask only general knowledge questions and asked to test speed maths skills.

What will you rate yourself in quantitative aptitude?
After application, they will be scheduling you for an initial interview with their Recruitment team which is done via teams meeting afterwards they will be screening and endorsing your application to a position in their partner company that fits your qualifications .
