5 rounds of interviews. 1st - informative group call. Then promptly after the host ends the call abruptly. No questions can be asked and none are answered. Afterward there is a survey to complete that they use to evaluate if you move forward. 2nd - Call with Account Manager and 1 other candidate. Basic “getting to know you” call. Host will share information about the company and about marketing and sales strategies and quiz each applicant. Afterward there is a survey to complete that they use to evaluate if you move forward. I declined to move forward in the interview process but this is what I was informed next steps would be. 3rd - in person interview with senior account manager and 1 other person 4th - in person interview with hiring manager and 1 other person 5th - in person discussing offer. I declined to move forward because the job description was not equal to to job described in the the interview process. This is NOT a marketing position. It is equivalent to when a person stops you in the store to ask who your internet provider is. No one likes to be stopped for that, and certainly the people doing it don’t enjoy their job. It is very unprofessional to be dishonest about the position and not upfront. It is a waste of everyone’s time to be that misleading about the position.
