Started off with a phone interview with a partner and design lead that went over my website and had me speak about a couple of my projects. Soon after I was notified of my in person interview and scheduled it knowing that it was an all day process. The interview itself lasted from 8:30am-3:00pm. It was the most intensive interview process I've ever been on being a recent graduate and especially with their interest in me for an associate level position at a think thank. It was a great experience and have really set the bar for redoing my portfolio presentation.
