HR sent me a personality screening online. It was easy, but didn't look like it would be very comprehensive. HR then had me in for an interview with her and my potential manager. There was no phone screen, although I wished that there had been. I ended up being overqualified for the position and unable to do the work required due to physical limitations. HR was wonderful to interview with.
