The company is to sell a $20 cosmetics pack to random people on the street. You take $8 as commission every time you sell one. Everyday you sell 6-10 packs on average. You need to replicate yourself and find 5 new sales people to move to the next level.
The first interview was 5 minutes. I was asked about my past experience. The second interview was a 1.5 hour field trip. They show you how they sell the cosmetics on the street. You will face hundreds of rejections every day. I was not interested in the job.
They claim that if you ever survive and become a top-level manager, you will make $200,000 a year. A manager does not need to sell cosmetics anymore, and only need to find new sales. I wonder how much original cost of the cosmetics is.

Applied online, was brought in for an interview. I had read some reviews online that said this position was really a door-to-door sales position, but I tried to keep an open mind. The interview consisted of hearing all about their clients and their model of doing "direct residential marketing" - in plain English, door-to-door sales. When pressed about it, the interviewer got nervous and started dodging my questions about what an average day would look like. They didn't call me back.

It was very short, a phone screening and then interviewed at the office. Just general questions like salary expectation, time availibility and stuff like that. Feels like kinda waste of time.
