It was divided into three different stages: basic questions (about normal situations and about yourself), job simulation (describing different situtations that could take place at work) and interview (with questions about yourself, your skills and how you would act in some stated cases). Extremely well organised, streamlined process. They were very polite and gave feedbacks too. They were seeking a discussion and that is what I like about the smooth interview process.
