Honestly, quite easy going and relatively relaxed. I also chose to look at this experience as a lesson for life, since this was one of my first interviews for a full-time job. My 'first' interview was more of a group activity where - with the help of Great Agent employees, we had to list a series of tasks we would do when given a problem or situation between a client and an executive assistant. Meanwhile, at the second and 3rd interviews (the second part of the process) on a different day, I was asked more generic questions such as situations where I had gone beyond what most people would. To be honest, just be yourself and you that's how you will stand out in most interviews.
