I conducted a phone screening, which went really well. It was a pretty standard screening and I was told I would hear something the following week. A month later, and after multiple follow ups from me, and continual promises that I would hear something soon, I have yet to hear anything back. I’ve never gone through a process quite like this one. It’s one thing if you aren’t interested, it’s another thing when you waste the candidates time by stringing them along for over a month - for no apparent reason.
