Personal interaction with a senior FA who was recruiting for the team. Talked about motivation and personal fit mainly. Also learnt more about what the FA wanted to look for in terms of team which are younger, high energy and entrepreneurial people.

Entrevista
It was a good experience for a fresh graduate student to feel the interview in the real world, to try their best to fight and get for the job. It took a quite long time during the interview and i felt bored in the middle of the interview, but it would be good in another way as the interviewer explained vividly about every single details about the job and how is the working environment in the company.

Entrevista
Process was simple and fairly straightforward. Head down to the office few days after receiving a call. Was asked basic questions about myself and what I want to do.
It was a 2-to-4 interview (2 staff, 4 applicants).
The job scope and pay structure was explained to us.
Received another call (couple of days later?) and was offered the role.
Whole process took less than 2 weeks (from online application to receiving the offer)
