the interview process was pretty standard. Submit your application online with all relevant documentation. I received an email invite for an in person interview a week later. during the interview I was on site, given a lab tour. then taken into a room with three of the senior scientists for the department. they each took in turn asking me questions related to tasks in the lab. situational questions and scientific knowledge questions. make sure you are studied up on lab processes for the department you are joining as they will ask specifically how certain assays work, or walk us through this.

I applied online through NHS,got invite for interview on zoom. It was a panel interview.I didn't do well,because I was nervous and it was my first interview with NHS.I wrote a mail to them requesting to know why I wasn't successful,but they didn't respond.
