Firstly, there was an online application, then psychometric testing and then an interview, The interview was very laid back and involved conductor manager and a trainer. I received a call back about a week later.

Entrevista
Application Submit - (shortlisted) - online assessment - (shortlisted) - face to face interview - final selection. The assessment can be fairly difficult, you are shown a number of letter or number sequences and out of a list of 5 very similar ones, you have to find the right one. You have only a few seconds to find it and the sequences get longer.
