Phone interview was fairly general including an overview of what the company does as well as the expected responsibilities for the position. After the initial phone interview I came into the regional office for an in person interview which covered many of the same topics and in my case I talked to the branch manager. There was then a third and final interview which included a Q&A session with the managing partner and an assistant manager where they went over pay structure, the process of promotion, and responsibilities of each position as well as going to a location (in my case a local Walmart) to see the sales process in person. If you get this far there is probably a fairly high likely hood that you will receive an offer.
