I applied online and did get an email confirmation they received my application. They do not have a way to check status of your open application. Three weeks later I got an email from HR to schedule an over the phone interview. We were able to schedule time the very next day. The HR person was easy to talk to and answered my questions openly an honestly. I thought the interview went well. I was told the next step would be onsite in person interviews at their corporate office the following week. I did not get a call back, so I'm assuming I was not moved onto the next round. That was almost a month ago. I have not gotten an email saying they are no longer pursing me as a candidate.

Discovered the job through LinkedIn, applied directly on Green Bay Packaging's website via resume submission. Received a call from HR a week or two after applying, saying they'd like to do a phone screening interview that week. This was followed by 2 onsite interviews over the next 2 weeks with various members of the corporate accounting department. HR did a very good job communicating timeline, next steps, expectations, etc. HR also was very responsive to my questions throughout the 3-4 week interview process. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and courteous. I asked for extra time to consider the offer and was granted it without issue.
